CCD designed control rooms go live

Two control rooms designed by have gone live in the last week.

As King's Cross Station moves towards opening in March, the new station control room was commissioned and has started to control the station operations.  Photos will be posted as soon as possible as the design is an inteteresting integration of a control room into a heritage environment.

Last Tuesday, the new Fire Control for London went live at the RCC in Merton.  CCD designed the control room as part of the abandoned FiReControl project but as the London area was a distinct region with its own RCC it was able to continue with plans to use the building.
