Our Philosophy
We believe in a human-centered design philosophy. Any design, product or built environment, has to serve the people it was intended for. This shouldn't be regarded as some sort of trade off with other facets of design. It should be at the core.
The application of ergonomics within design is an approach that increases the probability of success. It gives a voice to the user, it brings an understanding of human behaviour and their capabilities.
All our project teams use ergonomics to demonstrate how human behaviour and performance will be positively influenced by the design work we provide. We promote it and lead it when working with others in multi-disciplinary teams.
Our approach to consultancy is one where we want you to want to work with us. We want you to be happy to call us if you have a problem in the knowledge that you will receive impartial advice. The only way this will happen is through working openly and honestly with no surprises and forming personal relationships over time. This is something we value.
